Full Service Pheasant Hunts
Two days: $3,000 - per person
Three days: $3,800 - per person

The hunter must provide:
- Transportation to Gregory
- License, ammo and coolers (all available locally)
- Alcohol as desired (bottled water, soft drinks, and dinner wines are provided).
- Bird shipping fees (if desired)

18 and under 1/2 price with adult
Non-shooting guests and pilots
$250 per day
Self-guided hunts
Four hunters minimum: $500 each/day
VERY limited availability - late season only (December)
Exclusive hunts
Exclusive use of our facility is normally available for larger groups. The minimum number of guests will vary with the date preferred and ranges from 16-20. Contact us for more info.
Deposit Required
A $1,000 per guest deposit is required to book a hunt. Deposits are non-refundable, unless we are able to fill your spot with another group.
We handle deposits on an individual basis within a group. Example: If you book a spot for 8 hunters, $8,000 will be due to hold your reservation. If only 5 of the 8 hunters actually arrive, the $3,000 for the missing guests is forfeited.
We have a very short time to conduct our business each year and it only works out if the lodge stays relatively full.
